Because there are many times when a building or renovations team does not understand exactly what you want to do, or if they understand, they don't know how to do it! Or they are charging you with extra cash for nothing! Because they don't know how to do it, and they think that if they will ask more money you are convinced that they know what they are doing. Well, it is not like that.
Our team want to help you resolve all ethis issues and even more than that, we can help you in developing this complicated process.
In our vision your project starts when the architect provide you the house plan. That is the moment when the contractor, the pumbing team, the electrical team, the interior designer and you, the most important part, the client should have a meeting.
You are presenting your wishes, your desires and your needs and the plans that the architect give you. All the others will listen and take notes. During this meeting we will set the work plan, the next meetings, the way we will colaborate. And we will sign a contract.
Interior designer will become in this moment your lawyer. He or she will take part in this project , will supervise the work and will guide the whole process. The designer will make a 3d plan and will provide a colour scheme , measures for all furniture, bathroom arrangements, and on and on...He will represent you in all the relations we must have with the materials contractors.
We can take care of everything, you just relax...
The designer and his team is responsible of your "home" feeling when you will enter in your brand new house...give him some credit!
